Baker Hughes signs multiple oil and gas cooperation agreements

(2) The related agreements establish a cooperation framework for upstream, midstream, natural gas commercialization, and liquefied natural gas commercialization. (3) Baker Hughes has also signed cooperation agreements with the Venezuelan state oil company, Lindsayca, and Fulcrum LNG to expand natural gas infrastructure. (4) These collaborations involve multiple segments of oil and gas development as well as the natural gas industry chain.
