Advanced Drainage Systems to Acquire StormTrap in $530 Million Deal
MT newswire2026/10/05 11:1607:16 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Advanced Drainage Systems (WMS) agreed to acquire StormTrap Investments from PSP Capital for $530 million, or about $450 million net of expected tax benefits, the company said Monday. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share in the first year and will expand its stormwater management portfolio into large-volume storage solutions, the company said. The transaction will be funded with cash on hand and existing credit line capacity and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, it added.
