Stocks to Watch: PTC, Intel, Nubank -- WSJ

By WSJ Staff PTC (PTC): Schneider Electric (FR:SU), a French engineering firm that develops AI data centers, agreed to buy U.S. industrial-software maker PTC in a deal that values it at $23 billion. PTC stock rocketed 35% premarket, while Schneider shares fell 9% in Paris. Intel (INTC): Shares in the chip maker fell almost 4% premarket following a tweet by Elon Musk this weekend that confirmed his chip venture Teralab was in talks to work with rival TSMC (TW:2330). TSMC stock rose 3% in Taiwan. Nu Holdings (NU): Shares in Nubank, the Brazilian digital bank, jumped in New York premarket as part of a rally in Brazilian stocks after a first-round victory last night by presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro.
