- Cycurion remains listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under CYCU.
- Nasdaq placed the company under a Discretionary Panel Monitor through Oct. 1, 2027.
- Any new breach during that period would trigger a delisting determination without the option to submit a compliance plan.
