Licent adds Dutch financial adviser Finantia to platform

- The deal keeps Finantia’s local operations intact while integrating it into Licent’s platform for automation, HR, compliance support.
- Finantia was founded in 1990, has been led by Frans van Bon since 2003, operates from Lochem, Zelhem, Doetinchem.
- Operational ties predated the transaction, with Steentjes & Schardenborg handling many Finantia ASN client relationships since November 2025.
