Equinor corrects share buyback disclosure, sets total transaction value at NOK 1.14 billion

- Correct total transaction value in the affected figures was NOK 1.143847326 billion, including the Aug. 19, 2026 disclosure.
- On Sept. 15, 2026, it repurchased 379,361 shares at an average NOK 419.1253, for NOK 158,999,793.
- Total repurchased under the program reached 3,778,442 shares, with cumulative value NOK 1.302847119 billion.
- Equinor held 19,798,825 treasury shares, equal to 0.83% of share capital, following the transaction.
