08:08 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apex Resources (APX.V) entered into an option agreement effective Oct. 1, with ReOsiris Inc, an arm's-length party, it said Friday. Under the agreement, the company has granted ReOsiris the exclusive option to acquire Apex's 100% interest in the Wau mineral claim in British Columbia, said the company. ReOsiris will pay Apex a non-refundable upfront cash payment of CA$20,000 as consideration for the grant of the option, said Apex. ReOsiris, which has a period of 12 months to determine whether to exercise the option, will also pay Apex an additional CA$250,000 in cash once the option is exercised, added the company. Apex Resources said the upfront payment will not be credited against the CA$250,000 exercise price.
