VVT Med Enters Exclusive Canadian Commercial Partnership With CHS

07:59 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- VVT Med (VVTM.V) entered into an exclusive commercialization agreement with CHS Ltd., to support the introduction of the company's ScleroSafe technology in Canada, it said in a statement late Thursday. Under the deal, both parties will work together on annual commercial growth plans, physician education, clinical support, market development initiatives and launch preparation for ScleroSafe in Canada. VVT Med intends to pursue the applicable regulatory process needed to support commercial introduction in Canada, it said. The agreement will become effective upon receipt of the applicable Health Canada authorization for ScleroSafe and has an initial term of five years, subject to earlier termination in accordance with its terms, it added. The company's shares last traded Sept. 30, closing at CA$0.20 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
