Market Chatter: Saudi Arabia Oil Flows Through East-West Pipeline Reach Over 80% of Capacity

07:58 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's oil flows through its East-West pipeline have reached more than 80% of capacity, Bloomberg reported Friday. Saudi Aramco was pumping about six million barrels a day through the pipeline, the report said, citing a person familiar with the matter. The state-run oil giant now has the capacity to export 4.5 million barrels a day, the report added. Saudi Aramco did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
