United States Antimony CEO Gary Evans Gets $430,000 Annual Salary Under New Three-Year Contract

07:58 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- United States Antimony (UAMY) entered into a three-year employment agreement with CEO Gary C. Evans, starting Aug. 1, the company said Friday. The agreement, signed Oct. 1, provides an annual base salary of $430,000, subject to review, and eligibility for performance-based bonuses and company benefits, it said. Evans is also entitled to five weeks of paid vacation annually, it added. The contract includes severance payments of up to twice his salary and target bonus under specified termination or change-in-control circumstances, United States Antimony said.
