- Transition to in-house fleet operation and maintenance targeted for January 2027, with the contractor workforce to be absorbed.
- Internal estimates point to a weighted-average AISC reduction of USD 150 to USD 200 per ounce from 2027.
- Completion remains subject to customary closing conditions, including antitrust clearance in Brazil.
