Best Buy to Transfer Global Capability Center in India to Tata Consultancy

03:44 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Best Buy (BBY) plans to transfer its in-house Global Capability Center in India to Tata Consultancy Services, the companies said Thursday. No terms were disclosed. The center, which supports Best Buy digital operations, will become an AI-native capability center, under a multi-year agreement, the companies said. Under Mumbai-based Tata Consultancy, the capability center will redesign workflows, develop AI-powered experiences and solutions, and scale capabilities across the business, Best Buy and Tata said.
