MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture 1H26 net loss narrows to EUR 5.3 million; revenue falls 14% to EUR 32.12 million

- Revenue fell 14% to €32.12 million, while operating profit swung to €639,772 from an operating loss of €6.7 million.
- Net finance costs rose to €4.34 million from €2.4 million.
- Total comprehensive income turned positive at €12.53 million from a total comprehensive loss of €7.03 million, including a revaluation gain on land and buildings of €12.01 million.
- Management said the business saw a steady recovery since May, and expects the negative impact to be contained until year-end.
