Minerals Technologies Prices $400 Million Senior Notes Offering

05:43 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Minerals Technologies (MTX) priced a private offering of $400 million of 7.5% senior notes due 2032 at par, with the offering expected to close Oct. 13, the company said Thursday. The company said it plans to use the net proceeds, along with cash on hand, to redeem all 5% senior notes due 2028 and pay fees and expenses related to the offering and an amendment and extension of its revolving credit facility.
