05:41 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Twilio (TWLO) will replace Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) in the S&P 500, S&P Dow Jones Indices said Thursday, effective before the opening of trading on Oct. 6. The change comes as S&P 500 constituent Paramount Skydance (PSKY) is acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery in a deal expected to close soon, pending final closing conditions.
