Nayax Closes $350 Million Acquisition of IPS Group

05:31 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nayax (NYAX) said Friday it has completed its $350 million all-cash purchase of smart parking technology provider IPS Group from Windjammer Capital Investors. The payments platform funded the deal using available cash and approximately $150 million in new debt from Poalim Tech and First International Bank of Israel, the company said. The acquired business expects to contribute roughly $20 million to $22 million in revenue and over $5 million in adjusted earnings to fiscal 2026 results, Nayax said.
