05:25 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mobilicom (MOB) filed a registration statement Thursday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of up to $200 million in securities from time to time in one or more offerings. The filing covers ordinary shares, subscription rights, warrants and units, the company said. Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
