05:19 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alight (ALIT) acquired Abett, a healthcare and benefits data technology company, for an undisclosed amount. Abett's Data Engine unifies data from medical, pharmacy, benefits partners, point-solution vendors and other sources, enabling employers to integrate information and measure the effectiveness of benefit programs, Alight said Thursday in a statement.
