05:11 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SITE Centers (SITC) said late Thursday it has sold The Maxwell, a property in Chicago, for about $15.3 million. Net proceeds after prorations, allocations and other closing adjustments were about $13.9 million, the company said.
