UL Solutions Completes Acquisition of Eurofins' Electrical, Electronics Business

04:45 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UL Solutions (ULS) said late Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Eurofins Scientific's electrical and electronics business at an enterprise value of about 575 million euros ($646.6 million). The deal adds laboratories and accreditations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia and US to UL Solutions' global network, the company said. The deal is expected to be accretive to adjusted diluted earnings per share in the first full calendar year after closing, the company previously said.
