enCore Energy Completes Verdera Share Distribution

04:38 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- enCore Energy (EU.V) and Verdera Energy (V.V) after trade Thursday said enCore Energy completed the distribution of 35-million Verdera Energy shares as a special dividend on Wednesday to shareholders of record as of Sept.25. Of the shares distributed, 21 million were unrestricted, another seven-million shares are restricted until Nov. 20, 2026, and seven million are restricted until Feb. 20, 2027, according to the statement. Fractional shares were rounded down, leaving enCore with 17,554 unrestricted Verdera shares, plus 5,889 shares restricted until Nov. 20, 2026, and another 5,889 shares restricted until Febr. 20, 2027, the companies said. "With the distribution complete, enCore shareholders now hold a direct interest in Verdera and its portfolio of ISR uranium assets in New Mexico," the companies added.
