I (VACI) completed its previously announced business combination with NorthStar Earth & Space, with the combined company operating as NorthStar Earth & Space Enterprises. NorthStar's common shares and public warrants are expected to begin trading on NYSE American on Oct. 2 under "NSTR" and "NSTR.WS," respectively, following a transaction valuing the company at $300 million that includes a $30 million common-stock PIPE financing led by Cartesian Capital Group and other Canadian and US institutional investors.
