04:21 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Liquidity Services (LQDT) closed the acquisition of Auction Holdings, which operates the Invaluable marketplace and AuctionZip, for a base purchase price of $80 million, it said late Thursday. The acquisition of Auction Holdings expands Liquidity Services' global footprint in collectibles, fine art and antiques, according to a statement. The company said this transaction is expected to be accretive to its fiscal 2027 earnings per share.
