- WISeQey ordinary shares are expected to start trading as WQEY on Nasdaq and SIX at the open on Oct. 5, 2026.
- WISeKey securities will be cancelled, with holders receiving WISeQey shares under previously disclosed exchange terms.

BUZZ-Fast LNG facility shuts down, New Fortress Energy stock falls
On October 5, shares of U.S. liquefied natural gas company New Fortress Energy (NFE.O) fell 14.3% to a historic low of $5.63. NFE stated that its Fast LNG facility was shut down due to a mechanical failure in the plant's gas turbine. The company added that it is actively working with the turbine manufacturer to restore the Fast LNG facility to operation as soon as possible. NFE expects the Fast LNG facility to resume operations in the fourth quarter. Including the decline from this trading day, the stock has fallen a cumulative 90.1% this year.
