Cardinal Health to Extend Pharmaceutical Distribution Agreement With CVS Health

07:31 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cardinal Health (CAH) has agreed with CVS Health (CVS) to extend its existing pharmaceutical distribution agreement through June 30, 2032, while maintaining the current scope of services, the company said Thursday. Furthermore, Cardinal reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS growth guidance of 13% to 15%, or $12.40 to $12.60. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $12.54. Meanwhile, long-term growth guidance is still expected to be between 12% and 14%. The company said it may provide further updates during its fiscal Q1 earnings call on Nov. 5.
