Accenture Fiscal Q4 Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Jump Pre-Bell

07:20 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Accenture (ACN) reported fiscal Q4 GAAP diluted earnings of $3.29 per share Thursday, up from $2.25 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.18. Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 was $18.68 billion, up from $17.60 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $18.03 billion. For fiscal Q1, the company expects revenue of $18.95 billion to $19.60 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $19.35 billion. For fiscal 2027, the company expects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency and GAAP diluted EPS of $14.39 to $14.81. Analysts are looking for $14.64 and $76.40 billion, respectively. In fiscal 2027, the company also expects to return at least $9.5 billion in cash to shareholders. Shares rose more than 12% in recent premarket trading.
