McCormick Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise; Shares Up Pre-Bell

07:00 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- McCormick (MKC) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.86 per diluted share, up from $0.85 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.76. Net sales for the quarter ended Aug. 31 were $2.02 billion, up from $1.72 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.98 billion. For fiscal 2026, the company continues to expect adjusted EPS of $3.05 to $3.13 on net sales growth of 13% to 17%. Analysts are looking for non-GAAP EPS of $3.09. McCormick shares were up 5.7% in premarket activity.
