06:09 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Acuity (AYI) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $5.77 per diluted share, up from $5.20 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.57. Net sales for the quarter ended Aug. 31 were $1.24 billion, up from $1.21 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.24 billion.
