Paramount Skydance, Warner Bros. Expect to Close Deal on Oct. 6

03:46 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance (PSKY) is expected to close its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) on Oct. 6, the companies said late Wednesday. Under the deal, Warner Bros. shareholders will receive $31 in cash for each share they hold. The transaction values Warner Bros. at an enterprise value of $110 billion. The payment will include an additional $0.00277778 for each calendar day after Sept. 30 through the closing date, the companies said.
