- Total equipment package priced at US$85.5 million, covering helium purification and liquefaction plus a CO2 capture plant.
- Upfront US$5,025,000 due on signing, subject to TSXV approval; scheduled US$8.55 million milestone payment due Jan. 31, 2027.
- Helium plant sized for 861 liters per hour, about 7,500,000 liters annually; CO2 plant sized for 300 tonnes per day.
- Manufacturing expected to run about two years once the second milestone is paid; some helium liquefaction equipment already built.

The U.S. Census Bureau reported on Friday that factory orders in August increased by 0.1% month-on-month, in line with market expectations, and rose by 6.8% year-on-year. The July month-on-month increase was revised down from 0.9% to 0.8%. Orders for machinery and electrical equipment grew by 1.1% month-on-month, while orders for civilian aircraft and parts saw a significant decline of 4.3% month-on-month. Excluding aircraft, non-defense capital goods orders increased by 1.6% month-on-month.
