05:36 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Immix Biopharma (IMMX) closed its previously announced underwritten offering of 11.4 million common shares at $11 each, raising net proceeds of about $117.1 million, the company said Wednesday. The company plans to use the proceeds to fund development of NXC-201, working capital and general corporate purposes.

According to Freddie Mac data, the 30-year fixed mortgage rate has risen to 7.4%, the highest level in nearly three years.
