TTM Technologies Completes $1.1 Billion Acquisition of Epiq

05:06 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TTM Technologies (TTMI) completed its $1.1 billion all-cash acquisition of Epiq Design Solutions, the company said Wednesday. Epiq is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted EBITDA, moderately dilutive to non-GAAP diluted EPS in 2027 and accretive to non-GAAP diluted EPS in 2028, TTM said. TTM funded the acquisition with a portion of proceeds from a $300 million incremental senior secured term loan A, an $800 million incremental senior secured term loan B, and its previously issued 6.75% senior notes due 2034.
