Paramount Skydance Appoints Ynon Kreiz as Co-CEO Ahead of Merger

04:49 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance (PSKY) said Wednesday it has appointed Ynon Kreiz as co-chief executive officer of its anticipated combined entity, effective upon the closing of its merger with Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). Kreiz, who most recently worked as CEO at Mattel, will join the entertainment firm on Oct. 5, Paramount said. Current Chairman and Chief Executive David Ellison will retain his positions, the company added.
