Largo Raises $5.7 Million Via Registered Direct Offering

01:45 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Largo (LGO.TO, LGO) closed its registered direct offering that raised $5.7 million, it said in a statement late Tuesday. The offering consisted of the sale of 10.2-million common shares and warrants to buy up to 10.2-million shares at $0.56 per common share and accompanying warrant. The five-year warrants have an exercise price of $0.70 apiece, it said. Proceeds will be used for working capital needs, including to pay trade creditors, the company added.
