Charles Schwab Launches AI Assistant for Client Support

01:32 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Charles Schwab (SCHW) said Wednesday it launched its new generative AI-powered assistant Charley, with a phased rollout starting in October to eligible US retail clients on schwab.com and Schwab Mobile. The AI assistant can help clients access market information, execute select tasks, find account and service information, and connect with a company representative for additional support, the company said.
