Aureus Greenway Nears Powerus Merger Completion

12:20 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aureus Greenway (PUSA) said Wednesday that it expects to complete its merger with Powerus on Oct. 1, subject to the remaining customary conditions. Upon completion of the transaction, Powerus will merge with and into a new unit of Aureus, with Powerus continuing as the surviving entity, the company said. The company will adopt the name Powerus, and shares of the combined entity will continue trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "PUSA," according to a statement.
