Stock indexes are up this morning, led by the Nasdaq. Here's what's moving markets today:
-- Better econ numbers: Revised GDP data out this morning showed the economy grew more than previously thought in the second quarter. Bond yields, which have been surging lately, are mixed today.
-- Oil prices are up: Brent crude December futures climbed more than 2% to $98.80 a barrel today. But producers are growing more adept at navigating the war in the Middle East. Analysts at Goldman analysts see prices easing by year-end, citing the "remarkable adaptation" of the oil market.
-- Micron earnings: The memory-chip maker is set to report earnings after the close and those results will be watched closely for further signs of strength in AI-related demand. The company's stock has sextupled in price over the past year and was up slightly Wednesday morning.
