The new facility matures on Sept. 25, 2029, and replaces its prior facility with Standard Chartered Bank, Power Solutions said Wednesday in a statement. Borrowings bear interest at the applicable term secured overnight financing rate plus 1.8% per annum, down from SOFR plus 2.6% under its prior facility. .
