Choice Hotels International said it agreed to buy RV travel membership company Harvest Hosts from New York private-equity firm Stripes in an all-cash deal valued at about $130 million, including debt.
The deal, expected to close Thursday, is not anticipated to have a material impact on 2026 financial results and doesn't change plans for stock buybacks.
Joel Holland will remain as Harvest Hosts chief executive, Choice Hotels said.
Harvest Hosts will continue to operate as a standalone business under its existing brand, the company said.
