09:45 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates to include Deutsche Bank's response in the last paragraph.) Deutsche Bank (DB) is planning a potential risk transfer tied to subscription-line loans as it expands securitization to hedge credit risk, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter. The transaction could involve about $2 billion of subscription lines, although terms and the size may change based on investor discussions, the report said. Subscription lines provide short-term financing to private equity and credit firms until they can call capital from limited partners, the report added. Deutsche Bank declined MT Newswires' request for comment. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally. Report: US-Iran conflict disrupts OPEC+ production increase schedule, capacity review postponed to mid-November

According to media reports, the capacity review work by OPEC+ has been delayed. Originally scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2026, it has now been postponed to mid-November. This theoretically still allows OPEC+ to discuss the related results at the plenary meeting in late November. The independent capacity assessment results will directly affect the production caps approved for each member country, and some member countries have already shown significant disagreements regarding quotas, putting pressure on the alliance’s stability.
