08:10 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Marvel Biosciences (MRVL.V) closed its non-brokered private placement raising CA$1.6 million, it said in a statement late Tuesday. The offering consisted of the issuance of 10.7-million units at CA$0.15 apiece. Each unit consists of one share and one one-year warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to buy a share for CA$0.20. Shares of the company closed up 3.3% to CA$0.155 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
