07:22 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GoldHaven Resources (GOH.CN) is raising CA$1 million in gross proceeds from a fully subscribed non-brokered flow-through common share issuance, priced at CA$0.265 per FT share. The proposed offering, along with other flow-through financings earlier in 2026, will support GoldHaven's drill program at the Magno Project, the company said Tuesday.
