Coelacanth Energy Raises CA$228,000.50 Via Non-Brokered Private Placement

07:08 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Coelacanth Energy (CEI.V) closed its non-brokered private placement offering, raising CA$228,000.50, it said in a statement late Tuesday. The company issued 325,715 units at CA$0.70 apiece to its recently hired vice president of engineering, Jonathon Hanson. Proceeds will be used for general corporate needs, it said. Shares of the company closed down 1.5% to CA$0.66 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
