Bunker Hill Mining to Issue Common Shares to Satisfy Interest Payment Obligations

06:08 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bunker Hill Mining (BNKR.TO) has elected to issue 100,499 common shares to satisfy interest payable as of Sept. 30 under certain debt instruments, the company said Tuesday. The company will issue the interest shares at a price of $2.67 per interest share. In connection with the interest payments, Bunker Hill will issue 95,713 interest shares to certain managed accounts of Sprott Private Resource Streaming and Royalty.
