05:53 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brink's (BCO) proposed acquisition of NCR Atleos (NATL) could lead to a "substantial lessening" of competition in one or more UK markets, the country's Competition and Markets Authority has determined, a regulatory filing showed Wednesday. The CMA is contemplating whether to accept undertakings from the parties in lieu of a reference to an in-depth phase 2 probe of the deal, according to the filing. The parties have until Oct. 7 to offer undertakings to the UK antitrust regulator, the filing showed.
