Plains All American Pipeline, Plains GP Name Dean Liollio as Chief Operating Officer

04:35 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Plains All American Pipeline (PAA) and Plains GP (PAGP) said Tuesday that Dean Liollio has been named chief operating officer, effective Oct. 2. Liollio succeeds Chris Chandler, who is resigning to pursue other interests, the company said. Liollio has been senior vice president, special projects, of Plains since June 2024, according to the statement.
