Rocky Shore Gold Completes Acquisition of Springdale Property in Newfoundland

04:30 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rocky Shore Gold (RSG.CN) closed the acquisition of the Springdale property in Newfoundland, the company said after trade on Tuesday. Rocky Shore paid CA$30,000 in cash and issued 285,000 shares to the Springdale property vendors, who also retain a 2.5% net smelter return (NSR), of which 1.5% may be bought back for CA$1.5 million. The company also made an initial payment of CA$150,000 in cash and issued 1.36-million shares under an option agreement, announced on Sept. 16, which would allow it to acquire a 100% stake in the Hamdcamp property in Newfoundland. Rocky Shore Gold shares closed unchanged at CA$0.11 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
