Braze Launches Additions to AI Portfolio

10:49 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Braze (BRZE) said Tuesday it launched BrazeAI Decisioning Studio Go, Agentic Standards, and BrazeAI Operator Connect, adding to its artificial intelligence portfolio. The new products, along with new conversational AI capabilities, will support automation of real-time customer journey decisioning, the company said. The additions are currently available in beta and are being actively tested by customers, with Decisioning Studio Go and Agentic Standards set to become generally available in October, Braze said.
