Immix Biopharma Prices $125 Million Stock Offering

08:30 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Immix Biopharma (IMMX) said Tuesday it priced an underwritten offering of about 11.4 million common shares at $11 apiece. The offering, which will likely yield gross proceeds of $125 million, is expected to close around Wednesday, the company said. Immix Biopharma also said it plans to use the net proceeds to finance NXC-201 development, working capital and general corporate purposes.
