1-800-Flowers.com to Divest PersonalizationMall.com, Things Remembered for $45 Million Cash

07:46 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- 1-800-Flowers.com (FLWS) has agreed to sell PersonalizationMall.com and Things Remembered to PlanetArt for nearly $45 million in cash, the company said Tuesday. As part of the deal, 1-800-Flowers.com signed a commercial agreement with PlanetArt to continue offering certain PersonalizationMall.com products to its customers. The transaction is expected to close within the coming weeks. 1-800-Flowers.com expects to update its fiscal 2027 guidance as the previous outlook did not incorporate the impact of the transaction.
